\n\t\t\t\t\tis a unique country house situated in the midst of the rolling hills and forests of the Maremma countryside, 15 minutes from Bolsena Lake. Its peaceful rural position is a perfect place for nature lovers and holiday makers looking to get away from the buzz of everyday life. 450 years old, this Etruscan Palazzina has been lovingly restored, keeping the original features of the house with terracotta tiled floors, whitewashed plaster walls and lofty oak beamed ceilings, whilst adding modern comforts of underfloor heating, solar panels and double glazing. <\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Upon arriving at Palazzina<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\twhat strikes you is the dimensions of the property, built over three floors and onto the Etruscan cave complex, historically used by brigands to evade the authorities. There is a unique air to the property which creates a magical atmosphere leaving many guests happy just to stay within its boundaries, sunbathing by the pool and enjoying the peace of the surrounding countryside. The ground floor apartment makes up the entirety of the ground floor of Palazzina. There is a separate entrance to the terrace and swimming pool for guests and the use of the accompanying garden with access to a gate providing parking and private entrance to the property. The apartment comprises of a high beamed, open plan, fully equipped kitchen and sitting room, which leads onto the double bedroom suite with shower room. There is a triple single bedroom and two further day beds in the sitting room area for extra guests.<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The first floor apartment<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\tAccess to 1st floor apartment is via an inner Etruscan stairway cut into the rock face or alternatively from the outdoor stairs; here you will enter the vast living room of the second apartment, at the end of which you will find the open space kitchen; leading off this space is a double bedroom and a corridor which leads to a suite of two double bedrooms with bathroom, which can also be configured as bedroom and private sitting room. The whole house is made with thick stone walls, plastered and white washed, which provided welcome coolness in the summer months, while the floor heating creates an ambient warmth throughout the property in the winter time. The ethnic furniture has been sourced from Tuscany and India.<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\titself there are spacious sun terraces, the picturesque old pizza oven, the caves, the \u201cwell\u201d situated in one of the old caves, the swimming pool and the \u201cStalla\u201d, so called because once it was a cowshed; it has recently been restructured and offers now a charming room with tuff stones walls, wooden roof and wooden floor, where most of Podere Palazzina\u2019s activities take place, such as seminars, courses, conferences, workshops as well as birthday parties and group dinners.<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
